Yasoob Naqvi began his career at ICICI Bank, where he spent four years managing the Customer Care and Collections Department. This foundational experience equipped him with essential skills in customer service and operational efficiency. In 2006, he transitioned to India bulls Financial Services as a Sales Officer, quickly demonstrating his capabilities and earning a promotion to Assistant Sales Manager within six months. During his tenure from 2006 to 2010, he specialized in unsecured loans and mortgage products, contributing
significantly to the team’s success.


From 2010 to 2012, Yasoob Naqvi served as a Sales Manager in Mortgages at Standard Chartered Bank Ltd., where he further honed his expertise in financial services and sales management. Seeking new challenges, he relocated to Qatar, joining Qatar Kentz WLL in the
Project Planning Division, where he spent four years developing his skills in project management and strategic planning.


Following this role, Yasoob Naqvi joined Woodnote Consultancy, where he served as Operations Head for five years. In this capacity, he oversaw recruitment operations and project execution, ensuring that the company met its operational goals and client expectations.


Since 2021, Yasoob Naqvi has been with Radhi Consultants as the Business Development Manager for GCC recruitment. In this role, he is dedicated to driving growth and expanding the company’s footprint in the recruitment sector, leveraging his extensive experience and industry knowledge. With a strong commitment to excellence and a passion for fostering
relationships, Yasoob Naqvi is poised to contribute to the continued success of Radhi Consultants
